Cowsberry Farm was purchased by Moorhaven in 2019. Planning permission was approved on the barns under planning class Q regulations. Both barns have been converted into 3 bedroom properties and were completed in the summer of 2020. Each barn has 4 acres of its own land as well as panoramic views over the South Hams. All 4 properties were sold off plan.
