This project enabled us to create six homes, set in two acres in a pretty hamlet near the coast. Within walking distance of local shops and amenities and circular walks around the stunning estuary.
Sensitive restoration of the original Georgian features and extensive landscaping: including 400m of new hedge- banks, 500m beech hedging, 80 semi-mature 5-7 m local species trees. A Management Company was created to maintain communal areas with restrictive covenants to ensure continued, cohesive appearance of the buildings and grounds.
